This policy defines how personal data of visitors of yellow-blue.org.ua is processed and protected in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010 and other applicable legislation of Ukraine.

The person responsible for organizing personal data protection during processing is the Director of the foundation — Viacheslav Tsyrkunov.

3. What data we process and why
Requests to the foundation
If you email or call us, we process the data you choose to share: name, contact details, the content of your request. Purpose — handling your request and communication about assistance and cooperation. Legal basis — your consent expressed by the very fact of contacting us (Art. 11 of the Law).
Donations
The foundation does not collect payment data through this website. Transfers are made via your bank or payment service using our official details; the foundation receives only the data contained in banking documents and processes it for charitable accounting as required by law.
We do not track you
The site uses no tracking cookies, advertising trackers, social media pixels or third-party analytics. No visitor profiling takes place.
Technical logs
The hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time) solely for security and stability. They are not used to identify visitors.
4. Retention periods
Personal data is stored no longer than necessary for the purpose of processing: request data — for the period of handling and a reasonable period afterwards; donation-related data — for the periods established by accounting and reporting legislation for charitable organizations.
5. Transfers to third parties
The foundation does not sell or share personal data for marketing. Access to data may be given to: the hosting provider (technical operation of the site), banks and payment services (donation processing under their own policies), and state authorities — only in cases directly provided by law.
6. Your rights (Art. 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection")
You have the right, in particular:
- to know the sources of collection and the location of your personal data, and the purpose of processing;
- to receive information about the conditions of access to the data, including third parties to whom it is transferred;
- to access your personal data and obtain a copy of it;
- to submit a reasoned request to change or delete your data;
- to protection from unlawful processing and accidental loss of data;
- to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data;
- to lodge complaints about the processing of your data with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) or with a court.

7. Data security
The foundation applies organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful processing and unlawful access, in accordance with the Law and the Standard Procedure for Personal Data Processing.
8. External links and policy changes
The site links to external resources (Facebook, LinkedIn, banking services) — their privacy policies differ from ours. If significant changes are made to this policy, the updated version will be published on this page.
